Tisha at checkout always prefers smiling. She calls me for my appointments and she always makes sure that I come in. Tisha and Rim are very funny and, of course, Carol at the front is great.

I have been coming here for a long time because of the excellent staff and service. Its not just the doctors that are important. The staff on the phones are always quick to respond and help me when I have questions or need to change an appointment. The young lady at the front desk here in Chelsea is so friendly and helpful. I moved to Florida for a short time and came back because this office is so much better.
