I visited Dr. Rocio Barocio Torano and it was Very disappointing experience. I came in for a crown on a front tooth, completed X-rays and an exam, and was then told the doctor would refund me and would not perform the treatment. No treatment plan, no meaningful alternatives, and no referral were provided. I understand a dentist may decline a case, but patients deserve clear communication and guidance. I left without any solution and felt my time was wasted.
