they try to squeeze to many patients in a day. we were there for 3 hours just for fillings
When I had a filling and crown, 2 different dentists worked on me and the assistant did the filling. She had a lot of trouble filling it. I had a lot of cuts to my lip where she was prying my mouth open. I had the work completed in January. I go in at the end of July for a cleaning and was notified after my cleaning that I had a bill from my filling and crown from January. The billing assistant told me that she does not know why the office did not send me any bills. I believe that this is totally unacceptable and is not... read more
Rude when questioned about their tactics and push you for implants when not needed. Refuse to give copies of x ray after insurance already paid and the copy they sent after days calling was old x rays.
Stay Away!!!!! I could not be less impressed with this place! My son needed a replacement retainer after moving here from out of state. We were sent to Nooga Dentistry to have molds made and a retainer ordered. We were charged over $400 and the retainer took 3 months to come in. Not sure if these are made in China and then rowed across the ocean or what...but really, 3 months to make a retainer from an electronic image/mold of his mouth? When requesting a copy of the electronic images that were taken of his mouth...you know... read more
Let’s just say I walked in in pain, left in more pain and have been in pain since. Oh and it only cost an arm and a leg…to be in pain. Still waiting for the head of the facility to call me. You know, I agree with everyone below in saying the staff is very friendly. They are friendly. They’re also friendly when they come in with their crazyyyyyy bills just for my teeth to be even worse after signing off and going forward. They told me to get a partial, the thing is awful and cost so much. I was supposed to get a new one but ... read more
They told me I needed 2 root canals and 3 crowns so I got a loan for it through the dentist office itself, 5,000 roughly, so I show up to my first appointment and then they tell me I needed to have my root canals done somewhere else that I would have to pay for it and them come back to them. Told dude if I did that I would be taking business elsewhere so he did the tooth that he didn’t want to…. 2nd visit come back to get a permanent crown and have the other broke. Tooth fixed, same thing. Finally on my 3rd visit, I sat in o... read more
I wish I could give this place zero stars but that wasn't an option. After they pulled my tooth, it was pure hell getting them to even schedule the follow up visit two weeks later and when they finally did schedule even tho I was still in severe pain two weeks later, they referred me to my primary care doctor. And now after not hearing from them at all since that visit, they send a letter saying "due to break down of communication between patient and doctor, my dentistry needs would be better filled elsewhere. Wtf? This plac... read more
