Initially, our dental experience was positive. However, things took a turn when the dentist's husband insisted on payment before completing the services. During our first visit, Nina warmly welcomed us, but our next appointment with Noami was less pleasant. Noami demanded payment upfront for future fillings and services, despite my assurance that I'd pay on the day of treatment. I went to Dr. Lazaga for a new Night Guard as she is my dentist. They told me that the Night Guard is not covered in my insurance. I trusted them so I paid them with my own money. When I went there after a week to get my Night Guard they did not tell me anything, they fit my Night Guard and gave it to me.... And after 3 mos, I received a statement in my Insurance that they charged my Night Guard to my insurance. Night Guard is covered in dental insurance.
