Dr. Rizvi dentist at My Dentist for Life is very unprofessional. She drops clients in the middle of a treatment with no explanation and does not have the professionalism to call her patients herself to explain. Beware she does not always performs the work herself, her staff and technicians do. As a result the outcome is not always right. Also be on the lookout as their billing is not always right, they charge more even after they bill insurances or bill for work they did not do. Not honest at all.

This dentist office has all the scam artists working there. When the office called to scheduled an appt, I told them that I would have to use a different dentist since my current Insurnace didn't include them as providers. They told me that they would check with Insurnace to verify .. someone called me back and reassured me multiple times that I would only have to pay my deductible and everything else would be covered. I even asked the person to give me the quote for cleaning, she said with Insurnace coverage it would be onl... read more

So yes, I am one of those people that has life get in front of my personal health. I'm not a fan of dentist because work life balance didn't really allow for the time, I'm also a if it ain't broke don't fix it type. So having dental pain sucks, I spent many hours researching whom to go to, and even though I have insurance I decided to go here, outside my plan. Now, I went in for a specific reason (needing a root canal and more ugh) urgently. They took great care of me, then the whammie lol 30k for my whole mouth or 10k for... read more

I normally do not write negative reviews because I feel this may hurt the business. I felt compelled to write this one because of the issues with 2 crowns. I moved from Florida 1.5 years ago, but before I left, I had 2 crowns placed next to each other. Within a week after moving away, both crowns just snapped and broke. I called the office, and I was told someone would get back with me to see about replacing the crowns. I never got a call back. Went in for an extraction and they broke the tooth next to the pulled one. A different tooth gave me pain a few weeks later. Made appt to have it pulled,then it quit hurting. I then cancelled the apt at least 3 days early. I was told there would be a $60 charge. If you like to be overcharged and suffer sub standard dentistry,this is the place. I am gone.
