RecommendedI moved out of Virginia in 2022 and just received my first and only contact from their billing department in 2026 demanding $59 for a claim they say wasn't covered by insurance four years ago. No email, no phone call, no letter. Nothing for four years. The representative admitted that internal billing department changes and operational issues were the reason it took them this long to reach out. Dentist appointments are typically one I do not dread, however, since I started attending Loudoun Smile Center that quickly changed. I have had nothing but trouble since my first appointment and I have since requested my medical records so I can go ANYWHERE else for my care. I had to change my reviews from 5 to 1 star. BEWARE of this practice - Loudoun Smile will continue to find dental issues unless you max out on your dental insurance coverage :( Once you have maxed out on your yearly insurance benefits then they will ask you to wait until your insurance kicks in for the next calendar year. I went to this practice for more than 2 years and I don't remember a single visit where I came out of their office without having to come back for something or the other dental work done.
