The office was immaculate, had great ammenities, and they were great with my sensitive teeth. I plan to bring my children next.
As usual, Dr Reangber and her assistant, Tracy, did a great job. For years I agonized over dental visits, but visits to Life Time Smiles are about as pleasant as they can get. Everyone at the office is courteous and respectful and seem to be sincerely concerned with my comfort and welfare.
A well trained and professional staff with customer service skills you would expect from the hospitality industry. The office is extremly clean and modern. The Dentist truly cares about her patients and will follow up with a phone the next day to make sure every thing is going smoothly. By far this is the best Dentist office and Dentist I ever had! The two girls working the front desk are a rare breed of employees with their sharp wit and helpful advice.
Yesterday, I went to the dentist for the first time in a few years! I had been meaning to go, but life happens and as a mom my needs come last. I was nervous. I didn't want to be judged or lectured about the condition of my teeth. I was pleasantly surprised by my whole experience! The dental hygienist was sweet and positive throughout the cleaning. The dentist was also very nice and understanding. I would highly recommend Lifetime Smiles. Thank you for making me feel comfortable and excited to be returning to the dentist!
Between having met your new hygenist and felt she was so thorough, and not needing to have any new dental work, I was very happy! All of the staff at the office are true professionals, and warm and friendly. It makes a trip to the dentist easy.
Dr. R. shows such great concern. I had to call her at 4 a.m. for an aching tooth and she handled it so professionally. When she did my fillings, she gave me a follow-up call 2 days later. I don't take this type of interest for granted. Most dentists wouldn't contact me. They would assume all is well and wait for me to call them with a complaint. Because she is pro-active, she offsets problems before they begin.
This experience was like the others-excellent! Dr Reangber and her people do an extremely fine job.
I was a new patient. I called because I had an old filling fall out of my tooth and was in pain. They were able to get me in quickly and now will be my dentist for as long as i am in the area! Expalined every step in detail, patient and very comforting. Would reccommend!
