The staff is curteous and friendly. The dentist has thorough knowledge of their practice in dentistry. Procedures are explained in depth and executed with quality care.
I am somewhat confused concerning the opinion of your staff that I am 'lacking' in the tooth care arena. I won't go so far as to doubt this - old habits die hard and I obviously had a problem. The confusing part is that after the last 3 month cleaning by the oral surgeon (Dr. Mann), he stated that I was doing well. I have not changed anything in the past 3 months but now I'm NOT doing well. I think along with the 'not doing well' statement, maybe pointing out specific areas that I'm not properly cleaning may help. It's not l... read more
