I had to give 3 stars. We love Dr. Jones. The staff and Dr Jones have ALWAYS been nice. He works so well with my autistic daughter. However, today was a nightmare and brought home the fact that it's all about the money, nothing more. We saw a different dentist today, and I was not impressed. Last month, we were told that one daughter needed 9,000 worth of work done, and the other daughter needed 7,000 worth of work done. 16,000 is so far out of reach for us. This is with insurance.
