From the friendly efficient office staff, hygienist and amazing doctors...you cannot go wrong with Hillcrest Dental. These doctors also generously give back to the community through non profit organizations. I recommend them to everyone I know.
I've been bringing my youngest daughter there for a little while now and the staff us always so good with her. They always make you feel welcome and comfortable. They have helped with making my little one feel good about going to the dentist.
I always have anxiety going to the dentist, and every time I leave the office, I can never figure out why. Everyone from front desk to Misty (literally cant find enough amazing things to say about her) to the doctors themselves, are fantastic. We are so lucky to have an amazing, caring staff here in Vegas!!! I highly recommend Hillcrest Dental. From someone who hates the idea of going to the dentist- you will NOT be disappointed! When you are a patient, you are family!! They are the best!!!
Excellent service and admins are extremely nice.
I am a new patient, and everyone in this office was so nice! The front desk, the Dental Assistant and Dr. Kasimi all made sure that I was comfortable and answered all of my questions in a way that I could understand. I never felt like the Dr was in a hurry (which I experience with every Dr I ever see), which was so amazing!
As everyone has noted the whole staff is friendly and kind and helpful to your needs. I live on the other side of town and takes me a good 45 to 50 minutes or more to get there but I have never left dissatisfied. They have even helped change my appointments at the last minute due to the fact I get migraines. Misty does a great job keeping my teeth cleaned and she finally talked me into a water pik. LOl
From the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out, my experience at Hillcrest Dental was FANTASTIC! Everyone is extremely friendly, kind, intelligent, and skilled! They are honest, work as a team, and explain things clearly. I feel so lucky to have found them to treat all of my dental needs! I will recommend them to everyone I meet who needs a dental care team!
