He is in it for the money and will try to sell you what you don’t need. I was told I needed a root canal and I had no pain or even a cavity. His used car approach is ridiculous! He uses a Treatment plan approach that is a shady way selling you things you may not need. Be aware!!

I would not recommend this dentist to no one, they are so unprofessional. I just took my daughter in today, filled out paper work, was called to back, they told me they had to verify her insurance, after waiting, then was told she wasn’t covered on my insurance. Left the office because they didn’t see her, called my insurance and they verified that she was covered. First, they should have verified the insurance before the visit. They all about money, plus they called you a million times trying to make appointments for yu without yu asking for one. They also changed me $50 because I cancelled my appointments, I will never go back again.
Well the receptionist Is very friendly and helpful at James A. Burden, D.D.S. & Associates.. Mrs Rose that dose my annual cleaning is the best.
The receptionist and nurses are so nice and friendly I enjoy them.
I saw a brochure for a free estimate with Dr Burden to have all my teeth fixed in one visit( under sedation of course. I'm petrified of dentists) After one of my teeth chipped I decided to go to him to get the tooth fixed and have my free estimate. Of course he had to do X-rays of the chipped tooth, which I expected and some more images to give me my estimate. Had to pay for those also. Free estimate huh?
