My kid’s very first dentist visit was here. We were on a time crunch because we soon have orders to Germany & i wanted it all done before we left the states. Let me tell you… my kid is not the easiest to deal with but they got it DONE. From the front desk, to the two dental assistants, & finally to Dr Hillian … thank you. Kenzo adores the treasure chest at the end.. again thank you!

I was able to get an immediate appointment and relief to hold me over until my oral surgery appointment. The office was very clean and the staff very polite and friendly. Dr. Hillian was outstanding and I appreciate her knowledge and suggestions for my dental needs. I have dental anxiety and she and staff ensured that I was comfortable and at ease.

I came to Smiles of Chesapeake with optimism and severe pain. The team successfully completed one root canal and began a second, but the required documentation for my insurance was never fully submitted. Because of that, my medical card was frozen, leaving me unable to move forward with treatment. I explained that I was on workers’ compensation and temporarily unable to pay out of pocket, but I was still willing to make payments once the issue was resolved. I had a fantastic experience! The process was super easy! I was able to complete all the paperwork online beforehand, so there was no hassle when I arrived. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Dr. Moreno took the time to address all of my concerns thoroughly. I highly recommend this office!
