I would not recommend bailey dental group. I went here for the first time in may this year for a cleaning and I was complaining about some pain with my wisdom teeth. They told me there was no reason to get my wisdom teeth out. I came back in June for 3 fillings and at that appointment they suddenly decided to give me a referral to get my wisdom teeth out. My whole family has been going to Dr. Bailey for 18 years and she is so.professional, caring, and very concerned with all her patients dental needs. She is very gentle, fast(I never wait more than 5 minutes to be seen) and always has the latest in dental technology. She is readily available for emergencies and has very accommodating hours of operation.My whole family highly recommends her and her team. You will be so happy to have Bailey Dental for all your dental needs.
I would warn against braces here. Dr. Bailey is a little behind in latest technology, and she recommended some procedures to both of my children that were ruled out as excessive and unnecessary by two other physicians. Not to mention her EXTREMELY bad customer service. After three months of requests, they did finally return the monies that were billed for when services weren't rendered.
Thank you Dr. Bailey for clearing up all of our outstanding billing issues. That was very good of you to get involved and take care of things.
