Great customer service and very helpful working with city getting my business license several years ago. Second visit today was again super helpful in helping me figure out my commercial dumpster account issue. Great attitudes. Security guard assisted me with where I needed to go. The dept that was helping me was quick and courteous and I was able to handle my issue all within 10 min. Thank you
As soon as you walk in, the security guard is extremely friendly. Points you exactly where you wish too go & Lori in Business Tax Reciepts is extremely nice and assisted me with every question I had.
While most people there have been most helpful, like the wonderful lady at City Hall with the British accent. People have died at this intersection as they have no other recourse than to cross in front of turning or oncoming cars. I've had to do this too. A memorial is even there for others who've died trying to cross. Thank you for fixing the signal. You have saved lives.
After making multiple attempts to get in contact with the water department I call ed city hall and Gail was so helpful she went out of her way to help me find my water bill account number so I could pay my bill thanks Gail
