This was the best experience my son and I have had from a dental office. From start to finish the staff made my 15 year old son feel comfortable and relaxed. The energy from the staff was so wonderful and inviting, i loved that cause I'm a very big energy person and that made me feel like i was in the right place. This will be my family dentist from now on. If I could give 100 stars I would for sure. Thank you so much again to the staff, you all were wonderful to not just my son but me as well🥰🥰
Service was great! I called on Monday and was seen Tuesday. I came in with my complaints and the dentist fit me In Her schedule the same day for a procedure. I have never been able to be in and out of any medical facility as fast as this one! The entire staff is great’ and it gives that family/welcoming vibe as soon as you walk through the door
I recently had a tooth extraction done at Smiles of Virginia, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The entire team were extremely professional, polite, and attentive from start to finish. Dr. Pham, Teryn, Ms. Alicia, and the front desk receptionist were all great and very helpful, making sure I was comfortable, explaining everything clearly, and checking on me throughout the entire process. This dentist office was the best dentist office and staff I have ever seen! I felt real welcome and cared for from the time I walked in with the receptionist to everyone I met throughout my appointment and Alicia the sweetest lady, who goes over your treatment costs, was so polite and understanding and made me feel as if we were friends and very cared about. My wife Katrina has visited this several times now to get her dental procedures resolved. The staff and doctors has been nothing but top notch when it comes to services and making sure she was happy with all the procedures. Definitely a happy customer here.
