Friendly staff, but they do have issues... 1) Its very difficult to get them on a 2/year cleaning, and they push for you to come in 4/year min, which most insurers do not cover. They actually just sent a bill to my house, because my insurer rejected due to the number of standard cleaning visits. Keep in mind that this was the first bill I had seen. The invoice had a handwritten note (highlighted) threatening "collections actions". It was signed by their past due accounts manager. They even called before I received the first... read more

Most of our patients are very busy and request several reminder texts. Patients who don’t need it can opt out of it. We never close early and if appointments are rescheduled it is because the doctor felt they did not have adequate time to provide quality service to you. Great environment and super frenulum staff. Came in super stressed about upcoming procedure and they helped ease my mind with everything. The staff is super knowledgeable and will be able to explain everything in full detail. Will definitely put my future business here

Dr. Shadi was very nice and friendly. I got a cleaning and the Doctor had a gentle touch and was very thorough. I also have sensitive teeth so I was given a lot of samples!
I came in for a toothache a few weeks ago. I was in a lot of pain, and the staff did a great job squeezing me in the schedule quickly. I came in, got prompt service, and was well-informed about what the problem was. The pricing was fair, and Dr. Shadi was very nice and gentle. 10/10!

They are awesome, I wasn't planning on coming in until my next appointment but they called me to check how I was doing after receiving my retainers and since I had some pain I thought might as well come in, it's like they knew!
