I had the best dental experience today at simply smiles. The facility is so clean and the ladies at the front desk were so welcoming. I did not wait long to get in and the dental hygienist was wonderful! Dr. Rivera was so patient and willing to stay and answer any of my questions. Highly recommend simply smiles for all your dental needs!
Knowing I had discomfort, they were able to up my appointment when they had a cancellation. So I got in one day earlier and that made a huge difference. Extremely thorough and just a great staff from reception to the doctor herself. Great, great service and a wonderful atmosphere if you need dental work done.
I had a great expierence with this office from the moment I called them on the phone. I spoke to 5 different offices that day, and went with them due to the kindness on the phone and willingness to work me in with my situation. I want to preface this by saying that I absolutely HATE going to the dentist but my husband makes me go 😆 That being said, Hannah is the best dental hygienist I have ever had. She is very careful and gentle while doing my cleanings and thoroughly explains everything she is doing. I still don’t enjoy going to the dentist but Hannah makes me feel much more comfortable! Dr Gekht is great too, but since I spend the majority of my time there with Hannah, I wanted to recognize her for her great service!
Always a fan of Simply Smiles and the team there. They make the whole process so easy. I always need a little extra care and they take the time to listen to my needs and respond to them for my comfort. Many thanks to Dr Rivera, Hannah, Chelcie, and Tara who I work with the most regularly - but there isn’t a member of that team that isn’t a delight. Thanks!
