I had a great expierence with this office from the moment I called them on the phone. I spoke to 5 different offices that day, and went with them due to the kindness on the phone and willingness to work me in with my situation. I had the best dental experience today at simply smiles. The facility is so clean and the ladies at the front desk were so welcoming. I did not wait long to get in and the dental hygienist was wonderful! Dr. Rivera was so patient and willing to stay and answer any of my questions. Highly recommend simply smiles for all your dental needs!
I want to preface this by saying that I absolutely HATE going to the dentist but my husband makes me go 😆 That being said, Hannah is the best dental hygienist I have ever had. She is very careful and gentle while doing my cleanings and thoroughly explains everything she is doing. I still don’t enjoy going to the dentist but Hannah makes me feel much more comfortable! Dr Gekht is great too, but since I spend the majority of my time there with Hannah, I wanted to recognize her for her great service!
The entire staff is so incredibly kind! I don’t love going to the dentist due to prior poor experiences in other clinics but here they listened to my concerns and worries and took them into account to give me the best possible care they could. I would 100% recommend this place to my friends and family.
I have been attending here for 2 years and it has always gone very well. Dr. Hoang is super kind and sweet, she explains everything she is going to do and asks if you have questions, you don't experience any pain. The rest of the staff is also friendly and tries to make you feel comfortable. I recommend it 100%
