Best customer service from front desk and billing! The ladies at the front desk and Geeta from billing are nice, professional and provide quick responses when making appointments or having billing concerns. This office has high quality patient care as well. The dentists here are really knowledgeable and explain everything in detail so you understand. They give you options for what treatments are best for you. I really like this office and appreciate the employees here. Thank you guys very much!!

I had a great experience at the Preferred Dental site for my visit. The dental staff and the doctor were very gentle, thorough, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The staff was very kind and they provided answers for all my questions. Highly recommended!

Dr. Sylvia at PDC is the best dentist! She is extremely intelligent and compassionate. She explained everything to me and made sure I was comfortable with our treatment plan. She is extremely friendly and made me feel like family. Would recommend her to everyone I love!

I had a wonderful experience at preferred dental care, Little neck. Felt cared for as soon as I walked through the door. front desk, So Welcoming, friendly and informative. Scheduling was very easy. And the dental care from Dr. Sylvia… Excellent and gentle.
