Had a fantastic first visit at Preferred Dental in Little Neck location! All are very warm, welcoming and knowledgeable in what they do. They anddressed all of my concerns thoroughly and provided an easy to follow treatment plan for my teeth afterwards. Highly recommend anyone who is usually nervous about dentist visits to give this place a try!
Got my cleaning done here today and I am completely satisfied. Dr. Lena took her time to do her exam on me and i felt comfortable throughout each step of my appointment. Everyone in the office was very welcoming and helpful.
Office staff was professional. The tech who took my X-ray was so sweet. After the cleaning, Dr. Lena took time to review my X-ray. I never felt rushed. Great place!
We were devastated to hear that Dr. Ledner retired last week. We knew he was planning to do so but we didn’t expect it so soon! I called to get an appointment because I had a bad toothache. I left a message on the machine. It took several hours til someone called me back. There were no appointments til next Tuesday. We are going to hunt for a new Dentist.! Be aware!!! Dr. Ledner retired and sold the practice, when I went to see him I was told that he was not there anymore !!!! I was completely shocked, I feel that they should have been honest with the news. The new doctor was ok, but they dropped my uft insurance, I was quoted 1,800$ for a root canal and of course I found a dentist that takes my insurance and I only had to pay $150. I wish Dr. Ledner a happy retirement he was one of a kind and he worked with many teachers and was taking our insurance. Good luck to the new owne... read more
