Best customer service from front desk and billing! The ladies at the front desk and Geeta from billing are nice, professional and provide quick responses when making appointments or having billing concerns. This office has high quality patient care as well. The dentists here are really knowledgeable and explain everything in detail so you understand. They give you options for what treatments are best for you. I really like this office and appreciate the employees here. Thank you guys very much!!
Dr. Rutkowski at the Little Neck location was absolutely amazing! I have very sensitive teeth and was terrified of getting my cleaning done in anticipation of a painful, torturous experience. It was quite the opposite. Dr. Rutkowski was very kind, patient, gentle and thoughtful throughout the whole procedure. Dr. Sylvia at PDC is the best dentist! She is extremely intelligent and compassionate. She explained everything to me and made sure I was comfortable with our treatment plan. She is extremely friendly and made me feel like family. Would recommend her to everyone I love!
