I recently visited Dr. Brody's dental practice, and I couldn't be more happy with the care I received from him and his staff. They were exceptionally caring and helpful throughout the entire appointment. The level of professionalism and genuine concern for my well being truly set this place apart from all others. I regret ever trusting Preferred Dental Care. Dr. Thakkar pressured me into getting an unnecessary crown on tooth #10, which fractured within a year and forced me into an implant. That implant—over $8,000 out of pocket—has also failed. I’ve had persistent pain and sensitivity from the day the final crown was placed by Dr. Choe. I have been going to Dr. Brody for over 10 years and he is a meticulous and caring dentist with the wealth of decades of experience behind him. He has performed practically the entire range of procedures on my teeth over the years and I have always been highly pleased with the quality of his work. Everyone that works in this office. They are friendly and helpfull. Dr. Brody is patient and take his time to make sure you have the best care as possible and detailed person. First time to see him and he exceeded my expectations.
Dr. Lerner is the absolute best! I was so happy when preferred dental took over this office and she joined the practice. I had some very difficult dental issues due to mismanagement by my previous dentist. She fixed everything with care and professionalism. I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Lerner and her kind team. ❤️
