Avoid this office at all costs. My experience was a textbook example of bait-and-switch billing practices. I was quoted one price, only to receive a final bill several hundred dollars higher. The office has patients sign a form stating that quotes may change without notice, which they use to justify significant, unjustified increases. After my visit, they maxed out my insurance out of hundreds, charged me an additional $700 out of pocket, and then still sent another bill for $600.
