My experience with mek dental is very, very good. Everybody is friendly professionals. And they did a great job with my teeth, especially the cleaning\ i recommend anybody to go to Mek dental. They are lovely, friendly. I love you guys keep up the great work?
Dr. Ghada helped me from tremendous TMJ pain and headache caused by a botched microneedling procedure from another aesthetic clinic. Dr. Ghada is trained to inject Botox to help relieve the jaw pain and headaches. I won’t trust anyone else other than her to do Botox injections as dentists know the facial and head anatomy better than anyone else.
An excellent and truly professional team—from the warm, welcoming receptionists, to Mariam the dental hygienist, who provided a thorough yet gentle cleaning. The dentist also offered valuable, clear advice. I’ve already recommended them to my family, and now I’m happy to recommend them to everyone.
This business used to be good. I had them x-ray something for oral surgery so that they could forward that to an oral surgeon. (September) I never heard back so I called them for an update in November and MEK told me they would inquire again and get back to me. It’s December now and they never did. I will not be coming back to this Dentist again.
Their receptionist was really rude wit very poor interpersonal and communication skills. I have no idea why she was so pushy for me to go ASAP to the office when that was never my request , I simply needed information and further info on wisdom tooth extraction (which she never gave me). She got mad when she saw me come in, turning her eyes, sighing, beucase she was about to leave (mind she was the one booking me last minute with very short time to get all the information she required from me to give me an estimate).
