Very welcoming upon entering the building! Both times I've been there, I'm greeted with a smile then quickly called in. The service I receive from the tech and doctor is always wonderful. They always make sure I'm comfortable for the procedures then work promptly to resolve the issues I've come in for! They've even msg'd me after a few weeks to ensure all is well and if there are any other services I may need. Next is a cleaning and I know they'll do a great job then too! Thanks MEK Dental!!
My children and I were extremely afraid of the dentist because of the previous Dentist we seen. From day one the staff here made us feel comfortable and Dr. Ghada is hands down the best dentist we have ever seen. We actually look forward to getting work done. She is amazing at getting you comfortable with the freezing. Best service. My mom and dad both coming to MEK dental clinic for dental service. MEK has spacious parking. Easy to commute their. Reception area is nice and comfortable. Receptionist always answer all questions regarding appointments. Hygienist and Doctor listen to you and give honest feedback. Really appreciate their cooperative and supportive nature. MEK dental team is best ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Dr Ghada was amazing! I didn’t even notice what she was doing but at the end of it, my teeth looked great. There was no pain and no inflammation afterwards either. The whole process at the clinic - from the friendly, personal greeting by the receptionist to the billing was very smooth and hassle-free. Definitely recommend.
The employees from the front desk to the dentists were all kind and helpful. They are all extremely skilled at what they do, explained things to me clearly, and mentioned that everything would be fine and they also contact me after my treatment to check how am I and if there was any issues. I didn’t wait a long time for the appointment which is nice and the dentist is very professional and the clinic is clean and organised. I wish them all the best.
