I lost a filling over the holiday weekend, which exposed the nerve and left me in tremendous pain. I called the office first thing Tuesday morning. Even as a new patient with no insurance, they worked me in immediately. The dentist and her staff immediately put me at ease, even though I was scared and in pain. They quickly and painlessly resolved my issue, and consistently checked on my comfort throughout the procedure. I am new in Canada. It was wild for me to hear from other dental clinics that I had to wait for about 1 week or more to get treatment when my pain was horrible. All they can do is apologize, but it does not help. MEK Dental was like water in the middle of a desert. A doctor is kind, empathetic, positive, and helpful. A registration counter does all possible means to help you. I strongly recommend MEK Dental if you want polite and high-quality treatment.
