I don’t know if I’ll ever want to go back to this place. I had only went once and once was enough. 1st- Alrhough the lobby is clean they’re incredibly dirty in their rooms. Dirt and grim are in the cracks and crevice of each room I had been in. The floors were filthy and it made me worry about how clean their tools were. You don’t get that much dirt and junk on your floor from missing one cleaning- you get that from not getting it cleaned. I went to Farmington Family Dental today for a cleaning. Shyan is who did the cleaning today. She was very friendly and did a good job on my teeth. I thought it was pretty cool that they had toothbrushes, toothpaste, and floss in the restroom for you to use before your appointment. I came straight over from work so that was pretty handy as I forgot to bring mine with me to work.
Shayna and Doctor Perry did a wonderful job taking care of my teeth from xrays, bone tests, and the 2 extraction I had they were wonderful. Only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is the way insurance works with them. You pay full price and insurance is supposed to refund some to you. That is my only problem.
I am so thankful and blessed to have found Farmington Family Dental! My visits and services provided have been exceptional. You can just tell this office has a lot of skilled, but also compassionate, staff who nicely organize everything so staff like Shyan shines when checking out. She was amazing! AND they have a lot of different ways to fund the services you need, and Lexi worked out a treatment plan that I could afford. Dr. Perry was so comfortable to talk to. Best Dentist and Staff I ever saw. Very good work, and the on the spot financing was so convenient. This place is nothing but professional and I will go here as long as they are in business.
