Booked a new patient cleaning, spent 2 hours at the office, no cleaning. Was told I have to come back for a cleaning and was never given the estimate on how much all the “work” I was told I needed would be - was told I have to schedule an appointment for a “financial consultation” even with in network dental insurance. ALL the girls at Dover Dental are amazing! They took great care making sure I was comfortable before, during and after my procedure! I’ve had some bad experiences with other local dentists, but thanks to Dover Dental my teeth will never be neglected again!
Dover dental is the best dentist office in the greater Clarksville area. The staff is amazing, and the dentist is top notch. Every other dentist in Clarksville seems like they're trying to sell me something, or makes me feel like they're too busy for me. But at Dover Dental, Dr. Pak and her staff, make me feel like I'm the only patient in the office.
The Team at Dover Dental are amazing! they make sure I am as comfortable as possible from start to finish and you can really tell they take pride in what they do! I appreciate the hard work from the whole team and would recommend anyone that is nervous about getting dental work done to give them a try as they will make sure you are happy and comfortable through the whole experience, Thank You to everyone on the Dover Dental team i don't know what i would have done without y'all! -Dalton A
Dr Pak is an excellent and highly trained Dentist. Her front office staff is sharp and very helpful with insurance. The two dental hygienist are excellent. One treats my autistic son and he loves her so would recommend for children and just not adults.
