I have no complaints about this Clinic yet. I always give 5 stars 🌟 at the beginning. If I don't have a complaints then they keep the 5 stars. Very nice staff and Dr. Very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done along with keeping me as the patient in mind. Very clean, relaxing environment. Kid friendly as well. Yeah they got a 5 star. They took very good care of me the second time I went as well as the first time. Dover dental is the best dentist office in the greater Clarksville area. The staff is amazing, and the dentist is top notch. Every other dentist in Clarksville seems like they're trying to sell me something, or makes me feel like they're too busy for me. But at Dover Dental, Dr. Pak and her staff, make me feel like I'm the only patient in the office.
My experience at Dover Dental far exceeded my expectations, from setting up an appointment, gathering information before said appointment to my first experience in the office. I have major dental phobia and am super self conscious of my teeth. I apologize I cannot recall the name of my hygienist, but is the expectant mother. She was super careful, compassionate in my exam. Dover Dental was good to our family from the moment I first called! Got us in quickly for new patient exams. The staff was wonderful to deal with. Ms. Hanna was fantastic with me and my daughters for cleaning! Dr. Jean spent more time talking with us than any other dentist I have ever gone to has! She explained everything that she was doing and why she was doing it. Check out Dover Dental Clinic for a dental experience you will not regret!
Very professional and friendly. I tend to get anxious at dentist offices but Dr. Pak and everyone that works there put me at ease and I no longer dread going to dental appointments. So glad I found this place. I recommend it to anyone looking for a great dentist.
