Ive gotten a total of 13 fillings in 5 appointments here recently. I wouldn't have known i had them if it weren't for smiles. I went in to pick up a friend from his appointment and Arianna (the receptionist) had asked me the last time I had a cleaning done and when I went to the dentist and it had been 6 years. I had a great experience at this dental office! Dr. Billue is an excellent doctor—professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout my visit. Casie was absolutely amazing—she thoroughly went over my treatment plan, explained everything clearly, and answered all my questions with patience and care. Kelsey was a great assistant and made me feel very comfortable during my appointment. The whole team is friendly, welcoming, and truly cares about their patients. Highly recommend!
We have loved our experiences with Smiles of West Point! All of the staff and Dr. Billue are so friendly and supportive. The office staff are wonderful and always working to do what is in the best interest of the patients. They have worked great with my kids and been very supportive of my husband who is usually not a fan of dentists. We are so appreciative of the friendly and professional environment they have created!
We received a postcard in the mail from Smiles of West Point that advertised specials for uninsured patients. We’ve recently had a child age out of our health insurance and needed to find a place to establish care for him. The office staff there is super friendly, and they got us in the same day!
