If I could give this dental practice 100 stars I would. Every single person in the office is so kind and thoughtful. Going to the dentist can be scary - but they make it a pleasant experience from start to finish. They explain procedures, procedure options, costs and financing. Then after each and every procedure they follow up with phone calls to make sure you’re doing well - even after a routine cleaning! They are dental rock stars!!
The entire staff at Smiles of West Point is absolutely amazing. To say I am TERRIFIED of dentists is an understatement. I was literally in tears sitting in the chair waiting. Holly, Dr. Billue’s assistant is just a true gem. She comforted me and assured me that I was in good hands, even had me laughing at one point. Dr. Billue was just simply magnificent. Dr. Billue and her entire team are absolutely amazing! From the warm welcome, when I arrive to the follow-up after my appointments, they always make me feel valued and cared for. Dr. Billue, did an excellent job on my root canal and the dental cleaning made a big difference on my appearance.. I had EXTREME anxiety walking into the office to get my wisdom teeth out. Not great, but it was my first time stepping in an office for almost 10 years. Dr.Billue and her team made me feel great by constantly making sure I was connectable, talking me through everything and making it an easy process. I definitely have less anxiety about going to the dentist now as long as it’s with them!
Dr. Billue is a great dentist… i was visiting the area from out of town and had a dental emergency. Her office was able to get me an appt same day and worked on my tooth to help resolve my issue. She was professional, courteous, kind and empathetic. i would highly recommend her!
