Smiles of Mathews has always been so professional and easy to work with. Taylor is great and always helps explain your best financing options and how to pay for your ortho work. Georgia is always so welcoming and patient with scheduling and check-ins, making your initial impression very pleasant. Dr. Marks and Gabby are also so nice and make you feel comfortable and heard. 10/10 recommend The Smile Group, their customer service and professionalism and kindness don’t go unnoticed.
Complete praises to Dr. Marks and his staff. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist. I was early for my appointment, but didn’t have to wait long to be seen by Dr. Marks and his team. The team made me feel so comfortable. They were very caring and kind. Not only did they walk me through every step of my current dental procedure, they explained the next steps in detail. Dr. Marks is not only an exceptional dentist, he’s also phenomenal human that loves animals. This guy needs a raise of 250% of whatever he’s making and even then it’s not enough. The staff there are equally as caring and remarkable in all their abilities. Always kind and always through. Loves this office and all the beautiful people that make it what a great place it is.
Everyone was very kind to my son and we were able to be seen very quickly. Even though he had to have to several teeth removed, he had a wonderful experience. We are very thankful!
