The staff was professional and kind. Dr. Marks was kind enough to squeeze me in even though I was a new patient and made sure to personally text me to check on my progress. I will not be afraid to make a dentist appointment next time and I will continue to go to Smiles of Mathews as long as he is there! He also has a great singing voice and it was calming when I was very anxious and in a lot of pain. Thank you to the whole staff❣️❣️
As soon as we walked in the front office door, you felt welcomed. The young lady at the front station was very friendly and had the best personality. Something that is very rare these days. My husband was taken back right away by the dental assistant who was also very pleasant and friendly. His surgery went well and he said he didn't feel a thing. LOL. I found this place by happenstance and this dentist office is a gem. Dr. Marks is effective and collaborates well with others. I've been to dozens of dentist’s offices and Matthew smiles is the best. The staff is amazing, and it starts with Dr. Marks. The office has a family atmosphere and is very welcoming. I would recommend this office for affordable offers and fantastic work! You won't regret it.
Dr. Marks and his team are top-notch. I’m so glad I started going to his office about 6 months ago. The staff is welcoming, the equipment is modern, and the whole experience is smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend this practice for excellent dental care.
After not seeing a dentist for 10+ years because of a fear (sadly…) Dr. Marks and his whole team has gotten me to overcome that fear. They are so great and super nice. They made me feel very comfortable and explained every step on the way. Can’t wait to go back and I never thought I’d ever say that. Way to go Smiles of Mathews. ❤️
