Complete praises to Dr. Marks and his staff. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist. I was early for my appointment, but didn’t have to wait long to be seen by Dr. Marks and his team. The team made me feel so comfortable. They were very caring and kind. Not only did they walk me through every step of my current dental procedure, they explained the next steps in detail. Dr. Marks and his team are amazing! They’re always incredibly thorough, patient, and professional. Every visit feels comfortable, and you can tell they truly care about their patients. The whole staff is kind, efficient, and great at explaining everything. Dr. Marks even sings while cleaning your teeth, which somehow makes the whole experience better 😄 He’s also wonderful with my daughter, who had developed a fear of the dentist from previous offices. Back in December Dr. Marks just did a crown on my top back right and also a implant on my bottom right back, he did a wonderful job! I was a little anxious and nervous, but Him and his whole team made sure that I was taking very good care of and helped me to relax. Smiles of Matthews, I would recommend to everyone they are a great crew.

Please be careful with this place. Before becoming new patients, my husband called the office to make sure they took our insurance. We were told that they did, so we had our teeth cleaned and saw Dr. Marks for a quick exam. We ended up having to pay out of pocket because, as it turns out, they're out of network. It would've been nice if they actually made sure we were covered before making our appointments. What's far worse is that Dr. Marks said I had an infected root canal and that an extraction and implant were needed. Ye... read more

My dental visit was a very pleasant experience. I had three teeth filled, a root canal done on a wisdom tooth and a temporary crown put on one tooth. I was wonderfully surprised that I experienced no pain after my visit. My teeth look like they never had a problem. Great job Dr. Mark's and staff!
