I genuinely had such an amazing experience at Capitol Dentists in DC! Dr. Dubey was incredibly kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable the entire appointment. And a huge shoutout to Miss Elissa at the front desk, she was so welcoming, sweet, and helpful from the moment I walked in. The whole office has such a positive and caring atmosphere.
I had such a great experience! The staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. They made check-in quick and easy, and I never felt rushed. Dr Dubey was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. They were attentive, and clearly cared about my comfort. Dr. Dubey was amazing with our 4 yr old daughter! She explained what she was going to do every step of the way and made it a low stress, fun experience. The office is clean and welcoming, staff is pleasant and things ran on- time. Bubbles were a hit. :) Highly recommend!
I’ve been seeing Dr. Urwashi Dubey at Capitol Dentist in Washington, DC for several years now, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. She and her team have always been professional, welcoming, and thorough, which has made every visit a positive experience. As someone with dental anxiety - I highly recommend Capital Dentist and Dr. Dubey. Previously I would have estimated my anxiety as an 8/10 but after several visits, I would estimate it closer to a 2 or 3/10. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I feel that I’m provided with a lot of context about any work that’s being done which has made going to the dentist feel less like a mystery and more under my control.
