I did not have a good experience with my previous dental group, so I searched online and found Briarcliff Dental Group and decided to give them a try. - Carol (patient care coordinator) was extremely helpful when it came to making appointments. I don't think there are enough words to describe the amazing staff, doctor and practice. Being new to Atlanta I had no clue where to go for an emergency appointment for a chipped tooth. Despite being completely booked they got me in immediately and took care of me. I can't thank the team enough, they have gained a new patient and I will be referring people! Thank you for your kindness, honesty, and care.

I had such a great experience here. I made an early morning appointment and I was seen late because there was an emergent case that had to be seen before me. Typically I'd be upset, but the staff really tried to still get me out on time so I could go to another engagement. Great job, friendly staff and such professionalism.

I started coming to this dentist office once I moved to Atlanta. Everyone that works here is really, really nice. I appreciate that I'm in and out in my scheduled timeframe. They even found me a different timeslot when I had to change my appointment last minute. The dentist always takes time after my cleanings to re-check, communicate, and provide overall guidance.
