I and my whole family have been clients of Margarita Degtyareva for over 15 years. The review is a way overdue. It would be a stretch to say that I love coming to see a dentist, but I can say with 100% confidence that coming to Margarita’s welcoming office makes it much easier. I highly recommend this dental clinic. The front desk staff is always helpful and attentive, even with their high volume of work they consistently try to accommodate appointments for the best convenience. I'm scheduled to get crowns with Dr. Margarita Degtyareva and can't wait for the work to be done. I feel confident being under her professional care!
Absolutely worst experience. 1.) Upon being called into room, the lady just comes abruptly and takes x-rays. 2.) Once Xrays were done dentist came and opened her tools without saying anything of what they’re doing etc… 3.) The receptionist walks in and says “Your balance will be $880 for root canal. I get it but WHY ISNT THERE A DISCUSSION BEING TAKEN PLACE BEFORE PROCEDURE IS BEGINNING? Why are you opening your tools before even getting an OK from me. What a great place to get your teeth done. Doctor is very experienced and professional. Staff is very polite and knowledgeable. Everything went smooth from a scheduling to an actual treatment. Looks like they know their business. Huge thank you Doctor. Experience is on another level!!!
